The resort is extremely well maintained and set away in a quiet spot in Koh Samui. The staff are quite friendly and unassuming and are usually very keen to help. Mostly, I didnt find a huge salesy touch to their quality of service and most of them were genuinely pleasant and willing to helpSumeet
